Price Policy:

SHINE has the lowest prices guaranteed. Once your order has been placed, no further discounts are available. We continuously work to lower our prices and offer our best price at all times to our customers. On occasion we do offer temporary sales due to overstocking or lowered prices by material. Prices can also rise at any time due increased cost of business or low availability. However once you place your order you are guaranteed the price on your original invoice no matter what price fluctuations occur.

Order Information:

All orders are non-cancellable.

Minimum Oder: 1x20’ container. Assorted order is available.

30% deposit is required on initial orders with balance full paid before container loading.

Shipping Information:

Orders are processed and shipped dependent on quantity. Normal production for 1x40’HQ container runs ship within 4-5 weeks.

Quality Warranty Information:

1 Year Manufacturer Warranty

SHINE guarantees all furniture against defects in construction for a period of one year from the date of container loading. When a structural defect is brought to our attention, we will repair or replace it at our option at no charge to the customer for parts and labor. There will be a charge for transportation.

GENERAL EXCLUSIONS: This warranty does not apply to merchandise sold "as is". Defects caused by customer abuse or negligence are not covered. Mattresses are covered by a limited, separate warranty. Fabric wear ability and color fastness for upholstered furniture are not covered by this warranty. The liability of seller for any defect in the affected goods shall be limited to repairing or replacing the goods, whichever seller shall elect. Seller's option to repair or replace is hereby expressly agreed to be buyer's sole remedy. Under no circumstances shall seller be liable for incidental or consequential damages for the breach of warranty of merchantability or for any other reason.
